Training Manager (m/f/d)

at the earliest possible date in a hybrid workplace in Debrecen.
Your mission
As a clerk in the training organization, you support the team of training coordinators in their daily tasks and do the valuable groundwork.
 
  • Creation of training courses and resources in the Learning Management System
  • Booking of training rooms and hotels
  • Coordination and review of training utilization
  • Creation of participant lists
  • Documentation of the participants in the Learning Management System
  • Cost Reconciliation
  • Creation of statistics and reports
  • Data entry and management
  • On site support
Your profile
  • Completed education or a degree in hotel and tourism industry or comparable profession
  • Initial professional experience in this area of responsibility
  • Organizational skills, diligence and reliability
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • High resilience and flexibility
  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office package
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of German an advantage

Trainingsadministrator (m/f/d)

Was Dich erwartet:
Als Sachbearbeiter in der Trainingsorganisation unterstützt du das Team der Trainingskoordinatoren bei ihren täglichen Aufgaben und leistest wertvolle Vorarbeit.
 
  • Erstellung von Schulungskursen und Ressourcen im Learning Management System
  • Buchung von Schulungsräumen und Hotels
  • Koordinierung und Überprüfung der Trainingsauslastung
  • Erstellung von Teilnehmerlisten
  • Dokumentation der Teilnehmer im Learning Management System
  • Kostenabstimmung
  • Erstellung von Statistiken und Berichten
  • Dateneingabe und -verwaltung
  • Betreuung vor Ort
Was Dich auszeichnet:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Hotel- und Tourismusgewerbe oder in einem vergleichbaren Beruf
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in diesem Aufgabenbereich
  • Organisationstalent, Sorgfalt und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
  • Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
